School Board Member says what he wants

Short and sweet.

This elected school board member says he wants all participants in various, nonprofit sports programs that utilize our public school facilities to be students within the Carlynton School Buildings. That is an exclusion to other taxpayers who, say, go to Catholic Schools, are Home Schooled, are graduates, and are adults.
